If we explicitly ask and you chose to participate in any survey we conduct, your gender, age, occupation and hobbies may also be requested. Although credit cards are accepted online, all credit card purchases made on our site are processed offline via an in- store terminal provided and maintained by Heartland Payment Systems (HPS), a leading independently owned payment processor. No one outside of our professional billing staff will have access to your credit card information while it is in transit from computer to credit card processing terminal. Note for Gift Registry Participants: Your registry is protected by your chosen user ID and password. You are responsible for all actions taken with your user ID and password. We caution you to keep this information private and make sure to logout of the registry, especially when using a public or shared computer.

USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. If you provide any personal information during a given activity, we use the information to process the services you request.

We will not include you in our e-mail or regular mailing list unless you indicate to do so in the field, “Join Our Mailing List”. The same policy applies to our gift registry (forthcoming). If once you have joined our mailing list and wish to unsubscribe, simply send an email to us with the subject, “unsubscribe”. Please allow 4 weeks for processing of requests. To discontinue your gift registry, simply login to your account and check “discontinue services.” An email will be sent to your specified e-mail account to confirm your cancellation. Once you respond as indicated in the e-mail, your request will be effective immediately.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. The Main Avenue Galleria cooperates with law enforcement inquiries. In using our site, you authorize us to disclose your personal information and site usage in response to a verified request by law enforcement or other government official relating to criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity.
