Drawing and Painting Wildflowers, Trees, and Leaves

This course presented by artist/instructor, Norma Tolliver,  will provide step by step instruction on how to draw realistic wildflowers, trees and leaves first on paper with pencil and then on canvas with charcoal. Each week we will draw and paint a different wildflower, tree or leaf.   In the final two sessions, we will put together a complete picture of our weekly paintings.

We will paint our weekly subject using acrylic paints on stretched canvas or canvas panels. At the end of the series you will have seven completed paintings. Our wildflowers, trees and leaves will be drawn and painted in a high level of detail. Light source, shading and shadow will be part of each drawing and painting.
